You know your grids. You know your type. You know when a design needs one more thing and, more importantly, when it needs one less thing.

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can take an idea, a messy brief, a tight deadline or occasionally all three, and turn it into work that makes people stop scrolling.

Basically, you make the agency look good.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGTurn ideas into visuals.

Develop concepts and translate them into sharp, relevant and memorable creative work across formats.

Own the design.

From first layout to final artwork, make sure the work looks right, feels right and works for the brand.

Work across mediums.

Social media, campaigns, presentations, print, digital, events, OOH, brand collaterals and whatever else the brief throws at us.

Collaborate with creatives.

Work closely with copywriters, art directors, account teams and clients to turn good ideas into better work.

Bring ideas to the table.

Don’t just wait for a brief. Have a point of view. Challenge the obvious. Suggest something better.

Handle the details.

Typography, hierarchy, alignment, colour, image selection, artwork and those tiny things everyone notices when they're wrong.

Mentor and elevate.

Help junior designers get better, share your thinking and raise the overall creative bar.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 5–6 years of experience in an advertising agency, creative studio, design agency, brand consultancy or similar environment.
- Proficiency in CorelDRAW and Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, composition, colour and visual storytelling.
- A portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking, not just pretty pictures.
- Ability to work across both digital and print.




- Comfortable handling multiple projects and deadlines without losing your creative head.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good understanding of current design, advertising and visual culture.
- Someone who can take feedback without taking it personally.
- And ideally, someone who knows that “Can you just make it pop?” is not a design brief.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU...Have opinions about fonts. Can explain why something works without saying “it just looks nice.”

Know your way around motion or basic video editing.

Can turn a boring PowerPoint into something people actually want to look at.

Save valuable references “for later” and actually use them.

Have a healthy obsession with good advertising.
