Roles & Responsibilities:

- Create high-quality designs for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms.

- Design promotional creatives for courses, workshops, webinars, events, and campaigns.

- Develop Instagram posts, stories, reels covers, carousels, advertisements, and other digital creatives.

- Maintain consistent Skills First branding across all marketing materials.

- Work closely with the marketing and content team to understand campaign requirements and convert ideas into creative designs.

- Create creatives for paid advertising campaigns and lead-generation campaigns.

- Design banners, posters, certificates, brochures, presentations, and other business materials when required.

- Take ownership of the complete design process from concept to final delivery.

- Handle multiple design requirements and deliver creatives within agreed timelines.

- Maintain and organize design files, templates, brand assets, and source files.

- Stay updated with current social media design trends, typography, layouts, and visual styles.





- Suggest recent creative ideas to improve Skills First’s brand presence and marketing performance.

- Coordinate with the team and make revisions based on feedback.

- Ensure all final creatives are professional, visually appealing, and error-free.

Requirements

- 2+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.

- Good understanding of social media creatives and digital marketing requirements.

- Strong knowledge of typography, color combinations, layouts, and visual hierarchy.

- Ability to understand a brief and independently develop creative concepts.

- Good communication and time-management skills.

- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Experience designing for EdTech, education, technology, or digital marketing brands is a plus.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
