About the Role We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with 5-7 years of experience to translate business ideas, and brand stories into high-quality visual communication. The role will strongly emphasize creating investment pitch decks, business presentations, brand decks, and cross-vertical communication materials. The ideal candidate will possess excellent visual design skills, a strong understanding of business storytelling, and advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Illustrator.

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-quality investment pitch decks, business decks, brand presentations, strategy decks,corporate presentations.
- Translate complex business concepts, strategies, raw data, and ideas into clear, visually engaging narratives.
- Develop brand assets, launch and campaign creatives, brochures, flyers, posters, and other communication materials.
- Create visual layouts, information hierarchies, grids, and design systems using Figma.
- Develop illustrations, icons, graphics, infographics, diagrams, and other visual elements using Adobe Illustrator.




- Work on brand identity and visual language, including logos, typography, color palettes, graphic elements, and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and business teams to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
- Manage projects independently from concept to execution and final delivery while meeting deadlines.
- Required Skills & Qualifications - 5-7 years of qualified experience in graphic/presentation design or visual communication.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong foundation in visual storytelling, typography, composition, color, and visual hierarchy. - Solid understanding of branding and visual identity systems.
- Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to turn rough briefs into polished visual experiences.
- A portfolio showcasing pitch decks, presentations, branding, and visual communication work is mandatory.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
