The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing and executing high-quality creative communication across our Medical Centre Naseem Healthcare. The role requires strong visual thinking, brand understanding and the ability to independently handle campaigns, branding projects, digital communication and print materials.

The candidate will work closely with the Head – Branding & Advertising to translate creative strategies and campaign concepts into strong visual outputs while maintaining consistency across the Naseem brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative concepts and visual directions for campaigns
- Translate campaign briefs into strong visual communication
- Design key visuals for healthcare campaigns and promotions
- Handle premium branding and corporate design requirements
- Create social media campaigns, carousels and digital creatives
- Design brochures, flyers, posters, advertisements and other print materials
- Develop branch branding and environmental graphics
- Design presentations and corporate communication materials
- Adapt campaign concepts across multiple formats and platforms
- Ensure consistency with Naseem brand guidelines
- Review and refine artwork before final approval




- Provide creative guidance to junior designers when required
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand creative requirements

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of branding and visual communication
- Excellent typography and layout skills
- Strong conceptual and creative thinking
- Ability to develop designs from a brief with minimal supervision
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

o Photoshop o Illustrator o InDesign o Premier pro
- Good understanding of digital and social media formats
- Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines

Experience 4+ years of relevant graphic design experience preferred. Experience in healthcare, hospitality, corporate branding, advertising or premium brands will be an advantage.

Ideal Candidate A designer who is not only technically strong but can think conceptually, understand a brand and independently take a project from brief to final artwork.
