About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Finance Analyst with strong exposure to MIS reporting, financial analysis, and advanced Excel capabilities. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of finance concepts along with the ability to derive meaningful business insights from data.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage MIS reports, dashboards, and periodic financial reports.
- Perform variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Analyze financial data to support business decision-making and performance tracking.
- Develop and automate reports using advanced Excel functions and tools.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to provide financial insights and

recommendations.
- Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.




- Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requirements.
- Maintain and improve reporting processes for operational efficiency.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Good understanding of financial statements, MIS reporting, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power, Query, dashboards, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced and deadline-driven environment.

Qualification

- CA Qualified with minimum 1 year of relevant experience

OR
- MBA in Finance with minimum 2 years of relevant experience

OR
- Graduation Only (B. Com/BBA or equivalent) with minimum 3 years of relevant

experience
