Job Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
- Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, and payment documents.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare financial reports and MIS as required by management.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments.
- Monitor cash flow and support budgeting and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable regulations.
- Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting-related issues.
- Support the Finance Manager/Management with financial analysis and reporting.

Requirements




- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 6–8+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Valuable working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Experience with Tally/ERP and MS Excel is preferred.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively.
