Job Title: Finance Analyst / Senior Finance Executive (GL5A) Role Summary: The Finance Analyst will be responsible for managing end-to-end financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting planning and forecasting activities, maintaining compliance with statutory and internal policies, and providing financial insights to support business decision-making. The role requires solid analytical abilities, financial acumen, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Record to Report (R2R)

- Manage the end-to-end Record to Report process.
- Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain financial records and ensure timely reporting.

2.

General

Ledger (GL) Management

- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Review journal entries and ensure appropriate accounting treatments.
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies.
- Ensure chart of accounts integrity and financial accuracy.

3.

Financial

Planning &

• Analysis (FP&A;)

- Support annual budgeting and strategic financial planning processes.
- Analyze financial performance and business trends.
- Prepare management reports, financial dashboards, and presentations.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve financial performance.

4.

Operational

Planning

- Collaborate with business functions to develop operational budgets and plans.




- Evaluate operational costs and resource utilization.
- Support business expansion, cost optimization, and productivity initiatives.

- Monitor performance against operational targets.

5. Forecasting

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts.
- Analyze business drivers impacting revenue, expenses, and profitability.

- Update forecasts based on market conditions and operational changes.
- Present forecast assumptions and risks to management.

6.

Variance

Analysis

- Conduct detailed variance analysis between actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
- Identify financial risks, opportunities, and performance gaps.
- Explain key variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Support management reviews with meaningful financial insights.

7.

Audit

Support

- Coordinate internal and external audit activities.
- Prepare audit schedules, supporting documentation, and responses.
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements and recommendations.
- Assist in implementing audit observations and process improvements.

8.

Financial Statement

Preparation

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.




- Support consolidation and reporting activities.
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reports for stakeholders.

9. Compliance & • Governance

- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and corporate requirements.
- Support tax, financial, and regulatory filings.
- Maintain adequate documentation and internal controls.
- Monitor adherence to company policies and risk management guidelines.

10.

Treasury

Management

- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital requirements.
- Support banking operations, payment processing, and fund management.
- Assist in cash forecasting and treasury reporting.
- Coordinate with banking partners and internal stakeholders on treasury activities.

Required Skills & • Competencies

- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Finance, and Financial Reporting.
- Experience in R2R, General Ledger, FP&A;, and Financial Analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Understanding of financial controls, audits, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education & • Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
- CA/CMA/CPA/MBA (Finance) preferred.
- Relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A;, or Controllership functions.
