Key responsibilities
- Handle direct and indirect taxation matters.
- Manage company law matters for both domestic and foreign companies.
- Conduct internal audits and statutory audits for governments, PSUs, banks, and private companies.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards.
- Provide international taxation and regulatory services.
- Offer management consultancy support.
- Manage FEMA and RBI compliance activities.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
