About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Senior Executive Producer – Global Physical Production to lead the execution of our productions across India, the UK and other international territories.

This is a senior operating role for someone who has actually delivered large-scale, complex productions from the ground up. The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable developing production plans, managing budgets and schedules, working with crews and vendors, solving on-ground production challenges, and driving projects through to final delivery.

An important part of this role will be helping evolve traditional physical production for AI-led and hybrid filmmaking workflows. You do not need to be an AI specialist, but you should be curious and comfortable working closely with AI, VFX, virtual production and creative technology teams, and understand how emerging technologies can change the way productions are planned, shot and delivered.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead physical production across India, the UK and other international territories from greenlight through final delivery.
- Own end-to-end production planning, including budgeting, scheduling, pre-production, principal photography, post-production and delivery.
- Develop and manage production budgets, schedules, resources and timelines.
- Lead and coordinate production crews, line producers, production managers, vendors, studios and international production partners.
- Oversee day-to-day physical production and ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget and to the required creative and technical standards.
- Identify and resolve production challenges proactively, providing practical and commercially sound solutions.
- Work closely with Creative, Production, AI, VFX, Virtual Production and Post-Production teams to develop integrated production approaches.




- Help design production workflows where live action, AI, VFX, CG, virtual production and other emerging technologies are considered from the planning stage.
- Evaluate how AI and emerging production technologies can improve efficiency, scale, quality and creative possibilities.
- Bridge traditional filmmaking and physical production expertise with new AI-led production models being developed at Eros.
- Establish practical production processes and frameworks that can be replicated across multiple projects and territories.
- Manage relationships with international production companies, studios, crews, vendors and other production partners.
- Ensure appropriate production standards, safety practices, legal requirements and delivery timelines are maintained.
- Provide senior leadership and hands-on support throughout production, particularly on complex or high-value projects.
- Build a strong network of production talent and partners across India, the UK and other relevant markets.

What We’re Looking For
- 10 years of experience in physical production, ideally across feature films, premium content or large-scale entertainment productions.
- Proven track record of personally delivering complex productions end-to-end, rather than primarily operating in a corporate or oversight capacity.
- Strong hands-on experience across budgeting, scheduling, pre-production, production, post-production and final delivery.
- Deep understanding of production practices and the Indian filmmaking ecosystem.
- Meaningful experience working on productions in the UK and/or other international territories.




- Strong relationships with production crews, line producers, production managers, studios, vendors and international production partners.
- Strong production leadership, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and make effective decisions under pressure.
- Highly organised, commercially aware and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, evolving production environments.
- Curious and open to recent technologies and production methodologies.
- Comfortable collaborating with AI, VFX, virtual production and creative technology teams.
- Ability to understand how technology can be integrated into production planning rather than treated purely as a post-production function.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work across creative, technical and business teams.
