Job Locations: Mumbai (Goregaon) & Surat The Senior Executive - International Sales is responsible for driving new business acquisition, revenue generation, and market expansion across international territories. The ideal candidate will leverage iThink Logistics AI-driven cross-border courier aggregation technology to help international e-commerce sellers, D2C brands, and B2B enterprises optimize their global logistics, reduce shipping costs, and expand their delivery reach

Responsibilities

. Revenue Generation & Client Acquisition

- Achieve and exceed assigned International Product Sales targets and monthly revenue quotas.
- Identify, prospect, and pitch to global e-commerce platforms, D2C brands, and international cross-border merchants.
- Actively discover new cross-border sales opportunities through targeted cold calling, skilled networking, and social media platforms (such as LinkedIn).

2. Account Management & Growth

- Manage the complete end-to-end client lifecyclefrom initial onboarding to post-sales account growth.
- Retain and nurture existing international accounts,



identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Formulate strategic corporate supply chain solutions tailored to global multi-channel e-commerce operations.

3. Negotiation & Strategic Partnerships

- Lead end-to-end commercial negotiations regarding multi-courier pricing models, API plugin integrations, and platform fees.
- Collaborate closely with internal operations and ocean/air freight pricing teams to build competitive cross-border logistics packages.
- Represent our client at global logistics trade shows, e-commerce exhibitions, and international business conferences.

4. Market Intelligence & Collaboration

- Conduct detailed market research to identify emerging trade corridors, international industry trends, and competitor movements.
- Provide feedback to the product and engineering teams regarding cross-border requirements

Qualifications

- Graduate with 1 to 6 yrs experience in Courier Services sales
