Role Description The Senior Executive Human Resources role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment support, onboarding, performance management coordination, and employee life cycle processes.

The Senior Executive Human

Resources will handle employee relations, support the implementation and communication of HR policies, and ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and local regulations. Daily activities include maintaining HR records and HRIS data, assisting in payroll inputs,



organizing employee engagement initiatives, and partnering with leadership to support workforce planning and talent development. The role also requires collaboration with various departments to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in end-to-end HR processes.
- Candidates should possess HR Operations skills, including HR documentation, HRIS management, and coordination of recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills, including the ability to address employee concerns, support conflict resolution, and promote engagement.
- Candidates should possess HR Policies knowledge, including drafting, implementing, and communicating policies in alignment with legal and organizational requirements.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources or related field, knowledge of labor laws and compliance, strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in HR software tools, and prior experience in an IT or technology services environment.
