What are we looking for?

We are seeking a proactive, disciplined and growth-oriented Senior Equity Dealer to join our Dealing team in Andheri, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will hold an active NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives Dealer) certification and have 2+ years of experience in equity dealing or broking, with a client book of ₹10 Crores+ in the Cash segment and a robust working knowledge of the F&O; segment. The role combines live market execution with active business development, including cold calling and networking after market hours,



to drive client acquisition and trading volumes.

What you will be responsible for?

- Trade Execution & Dealing: Execute client orders accurately and promptly across Cash and F&O; segments, ensuring best execution, minimal slippage and zero trade errors.
- Client Book Management: Manage and grow a client base with AUM of ₹10 Crores and above in the Cash segment, deepening engagement and increasing wallet share.
- F&O; Segment Coverage: Service clients in Futures & Options, providing timely market inputs, margin guidance and risk-aware trade support.
- Business Development: Drive new client acquisition through structured cold calling and follow-ups after market hours, converting leads into active trading clients.
- Networking & Lead Generation: Build and leverage a strong network, and participate in events, seminars and workshops after market hours to boost brand visibility and generate referrals.
- Target Achievement: Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for brokerage revenue, trading volumes, active client count and new client additions, as assigned by the organization.
- Client Servicing & Retention: Provide proactive market updates, trade ideas and prompt query resolution to build long-term, trusting relationships and ensure retention.
- Risk & Margin Monitoring: Monitor client exposures, margins, MTM and positions in real time, and coordinate with the Risk and Operations teams to avoid shortfalls and defaults.
- Compliance & Regulatory Adherence: Ensure 100% compliance with SEBI and exchange regulations, KYC norms, and internal policies, including order recording and audit-trail requirements.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, corporate actions and in-house research views, and share relevant insights with clients.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 per year
