Role :

- Handle prospective parent inquiries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Explain school programs, facilities, and admission procedures to parents.
- Encourage parents to complete pre-application forms or schedule campus tours.
- Organize and support admission events and lead-generation activities.
- Provide admission guidance and personalized counseling to prospective parents.
- Conduct school tours and follow up with parents to facilitate admission conversion.
- Achieve admission targets and support admission-related decisions as per school policies.




- Verify admission documents in coordination with the AA and conduct student assessments.
- Prepare and issue offer letters to successful applicants.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for fee payments and follow up on pending admission fees.
- Manage SEN, legal, scholarship, and internal transfer cases.
- Attend mandatory training sessions, meetings, and performance reviews.
- Maintain accurate admission records in the school's CRM and ERP systems.
- Support school events, administrative activities, and off-season tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for smooth admission operations.
- Maintain a positive, collaborative, and skilled work environment.
- Be open to internal branch transfers as per business requirements.

Requirements :

Atleast 3 Years of Experience in Admission Sales

Excellent Communication Skills
