Lead industrialization and process engineering initiatives for new products and technologies, ensuring effective transition to mass production with optimal cost, quality, and performance.

Role & responsibilities

- Process improvement, productivity, capacity and cost-reduction projects.
- Identify process losses, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities using data analysis, time study and process mapping.
- Lead cycle-time reduction, line balancing, OEE improvement and manpower optimization.
- Implement Lean, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, RCA, 5-Why and FMEA methodologies.
- Identify and implement automation and process optimization solutions.
- Support NPI, process development, machine improvement and capacity expansion projects.
- Monitor and report IE KPIs, project progress and realized benefits.




- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, NPI and suppliers for successful implementation and sustainability.

Key Skills

- Strong expertise in industrialization, NPI, and process engineering
- Knowledge of process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), yield improvement, and line optimization
- Project and stakeholder management skills
- Continuous improvement mindset (Lean/Six Sigma)
- Experience in electronics/smart card/secure manufacturing preferred

Qualifications

- Engineering degree (Mechanical/Electronics/Industrial or related)
- 8-12 years of relevant experience
