Required Skills & Experience

- - 6+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience.

- Strong expertise in:

- Power BI

- DAX

- Data modelling

- Semantic modelling

- Proven experience developing financial dashboards for senior stakeholders.

- Hands-on experience building:

- P&L; reporting

- Budget vs. Estimate reporting

- Variance analysis

- Waterfall/bridge reports

- Financial KPI dashboards

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, particularly:

- Fabric Semantic Models

- Direct Lake

- Fabric Workspaces

- Deployment Pipelines

- Robust understanding of dimensional modelling and analytical data structures.

- Solid experience implementing Row-Level Security (RLS) and role-based access.

- Experience developing complex DAX for financial and time-based calculations.

- Experience building drill-down and drill-through reports across multiple business dimensions.

- Strong understanding of Power BI performance optimization.





- Ability to work directly with Finance, FP&A; and Technology leadership stakeholders.

Strong communication and analytical skills.

Strongly Preferred Skills

- - Experience in Technology Finance / IT Finance reporting.

- Experience with TBM (Technology Business Management) reporting.

- Understanding of technology cost structures and financial hierarchies.

- Experience working with Microsoft OneLake and Fabric Lakehouses.

- Exposure to Copilot in Power BI.

- Experience building executive/board-level financial dashboards.

- Experience with large-scale Power BI/Fabric deployments.

- Experience working with finance data such as:

- General Ledger

- Actuals

- Budgets

- Estimates

- Forecasts

- Cost centres

- Natural accounts

- Technology towers/sub-towers
