Senior Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist with expertise in Generative AI (GenAI). The ideal candidate will bring robust hands-on experience in fine-tuning foundational models (text, image) like Flux, Stable Diffusion, phi-3, perform prompt engineering, build RAG specifically in an Azure cloud setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and deploy advanced GenAI models to solve real-world business challenges such as building custom text to image models, fine tuning LLMs, building RAG workloads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GenAI solutions into business processes.
- Validate models rigorously to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Optimize costs associated with building and deploying large language models (LLMs).
- Utilize Azure's suite of GenAI services like Azure foundry, OpenAI studio, Machine Learning Studio, Orchestration & Pipelines.





Experience:

- 6 to 8 years’ experience in Data Science with a minimum of 1 year experience on GenAI
- Good understanding of RAG, Prompt engineering, fine tuning methods like LoRA, QLoRA, Dream booth etc.
- Proven ability to translate complex business problems into AI/ML solutions, along with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Can-do attitude and ability to work in a high paced environment.
