Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior E-Learning Developer to lead the development of engaging, interactive, and learner-centric digital learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in e-learning development, instructional design implementation, multimedia creation, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

As a Senior E-Learning Developer, you will be responsible for independently managing end-to-end course development projects, mentoring junior team members, and driving innovation through contemporary learning technologies and AI-powered tools.

Key ResponsibilitiesE-Learning Development

- Design and develop high-quality e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360.
- Create advanced interactive learning experiences, including branching scenarios, simulations, gamification, and assessments.
- Transform storyboards and instructional content into engaging digital learning solutions.
- Ensure all learning modules align with instructional design principles and learning objectives.

Multimedia & • Visual Design

- Create and integrate graphics, animations, videos, and multimedia elements into learning content.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to enhance learner engagement.
- Maintain brand consistency and visual excellence across all learning assets.

LMS & • Course Deployment

- Publish and deploy SCORM/xAPI-compliant courses.




- Test and troubleshoot course functionality across LMS platforms and devices.
- Monitor learner tracking and reporting to ensure accurate performance data.

Quality Assurance & • Accessibility

- Conduct comprehensive quality reviews before deployment.
- Ensure courses comply with accessibility standards and best practices.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to course functionality and LMS integration.

Leadership & • Mentorship

- Guide and mentor junior developers and interns.
- Review course deliverables and provide constructive feedback.
- Support project planning, effort estimation, and resource allocation.
- Contribute to process improvements and development standards.

Innovation & • Continuous Improvement

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and e-learning best practices.
- Leverage AI tools to improve development efficiency and learner experiences.
- Recommend innovative approaches to enhance engagement and learning outcomes.

Required QualificationsExperience

- 4–6+ years of professional experience in e-learning development.
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end e-learning projects.
- Experience working with corporate training, compliance training, software simulations, or educational content.

Technical Skills

- Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360 (mandatory).
- Strong working knowledge of Rise 360.
- Experience with SCORM,



xAPI, and LMS platforms.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive learning design.

Multimedia Skills

- Strong experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Experience in video editing and multimedia production.
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Vyond, or equivalent tools is preferred.

Education

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Multimedia, Education Technology, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Equivalent professional experience and portfolio will also be considered.
