Job Summary

We are seeking experienced E-Commerce Marketplace Business Managers to drive growth and profitability across leading online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho, and other platforms. The role involves end-to-end management of marketplace operations, including business planning, product listings, PDP optimization, advertising, inventory management, pricing strategy, payment reconciliation, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete marketplace business operations.
- Develop sales growth strategies and category plans.
- Handle product listings, catalog management, and PDP optimization.
- Plan and execute marketplace advertising campaigns.
- Monitor sales, conversions, ROAS, and profitability.
- Manage pricing, promotions, and inventory availability.
- Track payments, settlements, and reconciliations.
- Analyze marketplace performance and identify growth opportunities.




- Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

- 7-8 years of experience in E-Commerce Marketplace Management.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho, etc.
- Strong understanding of marketplace advertising and analytics.
- Excellent business planning and team management skills.
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
