Senior EHS Manager Warehouse / Industrial Construction

Qualification: B.Sc. or Diploma in Engineering + Diploma in Industrial Safety

We are hiring an experienced Senior EHS Manager for a large Warehouse / Industrial / Logistics Construction Project.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead complete project/site EHS management and contractor safety compliance.
- Implement Project EHS Plan, procedures, HIRA/JSA/RAMS and PTW systems.
- Manage high-risk activities including Work at Height, steel erection, lifting/cranes, excavation, electrical works, hot work and confined space.
- Lead inspections, audits, contractor reviews, EHS meetings and management safety walks.
- Monitor incident reporting/investigation, RCA/CAPA and corrective-action closure.
- Manage EHS training, competency, emergency preparedness and statutory compliance.




- Monitor EHS KPIs and prepare daily/weekly/monthly EHS reports.
- Coordinate with Client, Contractors and Project Management on EHS risks and improvement actions.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 15 years relevant EHS experience.
- Solid experience in industrial / warehouse / logistics / construction projects.
- Experience managing contractors and large construction workforce.
- Strong practical knowledge of PTW, HIRA/JSA, WAH, lifting, excavation, electrical and other high-risk construction activities.
- Must possess B.Sc. or Diploma in Engineering with Diploma in Industrial Safety.
