Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, paid advertising, analytics, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage SEO activities including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO coordination.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword, competitor, and market research to identify new growth opportunities.
- Plan and coordinate content marketing campaigns, including blogs, landing pages, social media content, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, leads, conversions, and other key marketing metrics.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads Manager, and social media analytics platforms.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data to improve ROI and reduce acquisition costs.




- Manage email marketing and lead-nurturing campaigns when required.
- Collaborate with the design, content, sales, and development teams to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, KPIs, leads, conversions, and ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
- Identify opportunities for improving online presence, customer engagement, and lead generation.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Experience in lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Good understanding of digital marketing KPIs, analytics, and ROI measurement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools will be an added advantage.
