About the Role

You'll own and evolve our CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and reliability practices, enabling engineering teams to ship faster and safer. You'll also mentor junior engineers and drive DevOps best practices across teams.

Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps)

- Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure/GCP using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)

- Run and optimize Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads (Docker, Helm, EKS/AKS/GKE)

- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog)

- Drive SRE practices: SLOs, incident response, root cause analysis, on-call rotation

- Embed security into pipelines (DevSecOps):



secrets management, vulnerability scanning, IAM, compliance

- Optimize cloud costs, performance, and availability

- Mentor team members and review infrastructure designs

Required Skills

- 10+ years in DevOps/SRE/infrastructure roles

- Solid hands-on experience with at least one major cloud (AWS preferred)

- Expert in Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform

- Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python, or Go)

- Solid Linux administration and networking fundamentals

- Experience with GitOps tools (ArgoCD, Flux)
