Role Summary

Looking for an IT Service Owner (ITSO) / Service Manager with solid hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud Operations, and Production Support. The role is primarily focused on DevOps & Cloud (70%) and Service Management (30%).

Mandatory Skills

- 8-12 years of IT experience.
- Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on Cloud & DevOps experience.
- Strong experience in AWS (Preferred).
- Hands-on experience with:

- Jenkins / Azure DevOps

- Kubernetes

- Docker

- Terraform

- CI/CD Pipelines
- Experience in Production Support / SRE / Cloud Operations.

- Strong knowledge of

- Incident Management

- Problem Management





- Change Management

- RCA

Tools

- ServiceNow
- Jira
- Azure DevOps
- Splunk
- Dynatrace
- Prometheus / Grafana (Good to have)

Responsibilities

- Own service health, stability, and operational governance.
- Manage cloud platforms and production environments.
- Drive incident resolution, RCA, and service improvement.
- Support releases, deployments, and change activities.
- Work closely with Development, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Business teams.
- Participate in major incident management and stakeholder communications.
