Job Summary

We are looking for a Desktop Engineer to provide end-user computing support for a leading banking client. The ideal candidate should have experience in desktop support, troubleshooting, hardware/software installations, and user support within a corporate or banking workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L1/L2 desktop support for end users.

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows laptops, desktops, and peripherals.

- Manage user accounts, access requests, and password resets through Active Directory.

- Support Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and other business applications.

- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and printer-related issues.

- Perform software installations, upgrades, patching, and asset management.

- Handle incident and service requests in accordance with SLA requirements.

- Coordinate with infrastructure, network, security, and application teams for issue resolution.

- Support onboarding, offboarding, and workstation deployments.

- Asset Management, Inventory Audits & Lifecycle Management

- Security Compliance, Vulnerability Remediation & Audit Support

- ServiceNow/Remedy/JIRA Ticketing and SLA Management
