Minimum Qualification

- Bachelor of Technology (BTech)

- Lead and execute structural design and analysis of ship hull structures.

- Perform detailed finite element analysis (FEA) for structural integrity, fatigue, and strength assessment.

- Ensure compliance with classification society rules, statutory requirements, and company standards.

- Review and validate design calculations, drawings, and technical documents.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including hydrodynamics, outfitting, piping, and production departments.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers in the team.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of design methodologies, processes, and best practices.
