Job Title: Senior Customer Support Desktop & Network Engineer

Salary: Minimum ₹25,000/- per month, including PF, ESI etc. Final package depends on interview.

Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise a team of minimum 5 maintenance engineers; allocate calls and monitor work quality.
- Ensure all complaints are attended and closed within SLA timelines; handle escalations.
- Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, servers, printers, UPS and other peripherals.
- Diagnose hardware faults and coordinate with OEMs for warranty repairs and replacements.
- Manage and support network infrastructure – switches, routers, Wi-Fi, LAN cabling.




- Support Windows OS, MS Office, antivirus, Active Directory, DHCP and DNS.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and maintain asset inventory and call registers.
- Act as the main contact for the client and prepare daily/monthly service reports.

Requirements

- Qualification: Graduate any stream or Diploma in Engg certificate course in hardware engineering
- Minimum 10 years in desktop and network support, including team-lead experience.
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Windows Server.
- Good knowledge of networking: TCP/IP, VLANs, switches and routers.
- Experience in AMC/FMS projects, preferably at government sites.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and team-handling skills.
