Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from UK customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant products/services.
- Achieve individual and team targets for sales, customer satisfaction, and quality.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Accurately update customer information and call details in the CRM/system.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and UK process guidelines.

Requirements

- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable handling international/UK customers over the phone.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.




- Previous experience in International BPO / UK Voice / Customer Support / Sales is preferred.
- Ability to work in UK rotational shifts, including rotational weekends.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
