The Role

You will work closely with students and parents, understand their aspirations, guide them towards the right educational choices, and lead your team towards achieving ambitious admission goals.

What You’ll Own

- Lead and drive the overall student counselling and admissions function, with ownership of enrolment targets and outcomes.
- Develop counselling and conversion strategies to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and student enrolments.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Academic Counselling team, ensuring productivity and achievement of individual and team goals.
- Monitor and analyse admission funnel, conversion metrics, and team performance to identify gaps and drive improvements.
- Handle key and complex student/parent interactions and guide the team on critical counselling cases.




- Prepare and present regular admission and performance reports, highlighting key insights, challenges, and action plans.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Academics, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless student journey from enquiry to admission.

What We’re Looking For

- Relevant experience in a people-facing, counselling, admissions, sales, HR, or leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Ability to drive targets, analyse performance, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication (Hindi & English), relationship-building, adaptability, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

- Experience: 3–5 Years
- Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Management, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
