We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and curious professional to join our Costing team in a fast-growing FMCG environment.

About the Role:

As a Costing Executive / Senior Executive, you will be responsible for product costing, inventory monitoring, sales MIS and analysis, procurement analysis and budgeting support.

Reporting to the Costing Manager, you will act as an important link between the Costing function and various user departments, ensuring accurate information, timely support and effective communication.

The role provides excellent exposure to Cost Accounting, SAP, Business Analytics, Power BI and Process Automation.

What You Will Be Doing:

- Prepare,maintain and periodically review product costing workings and records.
- Monitor gross margins, identify deviations and proactively raise red flags for management attention.
- Track inventory ageing, highlight potential risks and coordinate with respective departments for corrective action.
- Analyse procurement trends, identify key movements and deviations from projections, and assess their potential impact on gross margins.
- Release and maintain standard costs in SAP and ensure the accuracy of material master data, BOMs, recipes and other relevant material information.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports,



analysis and data as required by senior management.
- Review and analyse sales reports, identify trends and provide meaningful business insights.
- Enable seamless and effective data sharing through visualization and reporting tools, preferably Power BI.
- Identify repetitive/manual activities and develop automation and improved reporting solutions to provide faster and more reliable insights to management.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into meaningful costing and analytical outputs.

What You'll Need:

- CMA / MBA (Finance) Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good understanding of Product Costing and Cost Accounting concepts.
- Robust analytical mindset with a genuine interest in working with data and numbers.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
- Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and learn quickly.
- Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple departments.

Nice to Have:

- Advanced Excel skills.
- Power Query / Macros / VBA knowledge.
- Experience in developing Excel or Power BI dashboards.
- Exposure to SAP-CO module.
- Interest or experience in process automation and digitalization.
