Counsellor / Senior Counsellor – Company: Make My Education (MME)

Location: Sector 63, Noida

Experience: 3+ Years in Study-Abroad Counselling / Admissions

Role:

Guide students through the complete study-abroad admission journey, including course and university selection, applications, follow-ups, and visa guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel students through calls/virtual meetings.
- Guide students on courses, universities, and destinations.
- Assist with applications, SOPs, LORs, and documents.
- Provide visa guidance and admission support.
- Maintain regular student follow-ups.
- Keep Meritto CRM and lead status updated.
- Support webinars, exhibitions, and events.
- Senior Counsellor: Mentor junior counsellors and handle complex student cases.

Required Skills:

- Solid knowledge of study-abroad admissions.
- Excellent communication and counselling skills.
- Knowledge of international destinations.
- CRM and lead-management experience.
- Student-focused approach with enrolment/conversion ability.
