Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant – SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) / Plant Maintenance (PM) to lead business requirement workshops, configure SAP EAM solutions, and support end-to-end implementations and transformation projects. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in SAP EAM/PM, experience with S/4HANA, and the ability to engage with clients and deliver effective maintenance management solutions.

Mandatory Skills

- 5–10 years of experience in SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA EAM configuration and implementation.
- Expertise in maintenance notifications, maintenance orders, preventive maintenance, and breakdown maintenance.
- Knowledge of equipment, functional locations, task lists, and maintenance planning and scheduling.
- Experience in client-facing workshops, requirement gathering, and fit-gap analysis.




- Experience preparing functional specifications and coordinating with technical teams.
- Understanding of integration with SAP MM, WM/EWM, PP, PS, and QM.
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA EAM implementations or transformation projects.
- Exposure to Work Clearance Management and Calibration Management.
- Experience in global rollouts, upgrades, and support engagements.
- Ability to recommend industry best practices and drive functional solution design.

- Strong functional consultant with hands-on SAP EAM/PM expertise.
- Confident in client interactions and leading business workshops.
- Capable of working independently in a fast-paced project environment.
- Available to work from Bangalore in an onsite or hybrid mode.
