- Promote and sell alarm monitoring and security services to residential and business customers
- Generate leads through field visits, references, events, and digital channels
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective clients
- Build solid sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets
- Develop local partnerships and community outreach initiatives
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process
- Provide market insights and competitor feedback to management
Preferred candidate profile:
- Graduate (MBA / B.Tech preferred)
- Experience in direct sales or B2C sales mandatory
- Experience selling high-ticket products/services preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented and self-driven personality
- Ability to work independently in field sales environment
