? HIRING: SENIOR CODE QUALITY ENGINEER ?

We’re looking for Senior Software Engineers with 7+ years of experience to work on an AI code evaluation project.

? WHAT WILL YOU ACTUALLY DO?

You will review and improve AI-generated code and check whether it is suitable for real-world production use.

✅ Review AI-generated code across different programming languages

✅ Find bugs, logical errors, incomplete implementations and edge-case issues

✅ Check code for correctness, security, performance, scalability and maintainability

✅ Debug code and identify the root cause of problems

✅ Review APIs, databases, integrations, configurations and architecture

✅ Compare different solutions and select the best approach

✅ Rewrite or improve code to create high-quality reference solutions

✅ Provide clear technical feedback and improvement suggestions

✅ Help create code-quality evaluation criteria and benchmarks

? In simple words: You will use your software engineering experience to check whether AI-generated code is correct, secure, scalable and production-ready.

⚠️ SIGNIFICANT:

This is not a traditional Manual QA or Software Testing role .

We need experienced Software Engineers with strong skills in coding, debugging,



code reviews and production-grade software development.

? MUST-HAVE SKILLS:

✅ 7+ years of professional software engineering experience

✅ Strong experience with at least one programming language: Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, C++, Go, C#, Ruby, PHP or Rust

✅ Experience building, maintaining, debugging and reviewing production-grade software

✅ Strong knowledge of clean code, software design, architecture and error handling

✅ Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, APIs, databases and application architecture

✅ Strong debugging, root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills

✅ Experience with code reviews, Git and contemporary development practices

✅ Strong written English and ability to explain technical feedback clearly

? ROLE DETAILS:

? Role: Senior Code Quality Engineer

? Pay: $21/hour

? Contract: 3 months

⏰ Working Hours: 8 hours/day

? Fixed Shift: 7:30 PM to 11:30 PM

⏳ Remaining 4 hours: Flexible
