We are looking for an experienced Civil Construction / Project Execution professional with 10–15 years of experience to independently manage projects from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute civil construction, renovation, and interior projects.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Handle space planning, architectural requirements, and technical drawings.
- Prepare and review BOQs, estimates, measurements, and material requirements.
- Prepare/modify drawings using AutoCAD / 3D AutoCAD.
- Monitor project quality, cost, timelines, materials, and manpower.
- Verify site measurements, contractor bills, and executed work.
- Resolve technical and site-level execution issues.
- Ensure optimum utilization of resources and timely project completion as per approved drawings and specifications.

Requirements: Solid hands-on experience in civil construction, project execution, drawings, BOQs, contractor management, and site supervision. Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
