About the role

The Client Account Manager (CAM) will assist in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting key accounting operations. This role involves preparing financial statements, managing transactions, assisting in audits, and providing client servicing support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow within a energetic finance and client servicing environment.

1. Financial Preparation & Reporting

○ Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports. ○ Maintain accurate records of financial transactions such as accounts payable and receivable.
1. Budgeting & Analysis

○ Support in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial analysis to help management make informed decisions.
1. Audit Support & Compliance

○ Assist senior accountants during audits, reconciliations, and compliance reviews. ○ Ensure all financial practices align with company policies and accounting standards.

Software & Systems Management

○ Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks or Tally for financial tracking and reporting. ○ Maintain updated records and ensure data integrity across systems.

○ Communicate effectively with clients regarding billing, statements, and financial queries. ○ Ensure timely resolution of client concerns with professionalism and accuracy.

○ Client handling experience is mandatory.

Mandatory requirements for this position

● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

● Strong foundation in accounting principles and eagerness to learn and grow.

● Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and basic accounting tools.

● Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
