Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, finishing, and other civil works.
- Check and ensure proper execution of structural and finishing works as per approved drawings.
- Review drawings and identify discrepancies or technical issues before execution.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality of workmanship.
- Coordinate with contractors and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.




- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports and site records.
- Verify quantities and measurements of completed works.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate with the procurement/store team.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize material wastage.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and construction standards at the site.
- Coordinate with the project management team to achieve project milestones.
- Identify delays, execution challenges, and quality issues and report them to management with appropriate solutions.
- Guide and supervise junior engineers, supervisors, and site staff.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
