Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth through current client acquisition and retention.

- Manage bid management process from proposal submission to contract award, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality proposals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling services within existing clients' needs.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.

Job Requirements :

- 2-5 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry as a Senior Business Development Manager or similar role.

- Strong understanding of Mern Stack (Magento eCommerce) development technologies.

- Proven track record in managing multiple RFPs/RFQs/RFIs simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

- Excellent freelancing skills with ability to work independently on projects.
