As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Senior Business Development Manager to lead business development, and growth.

Position Summary The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth across supply chain management solutions. This role leads the complete customer acquisition lifecycle - from identifying prospects and to closing deals, onboarding clients, and developing long-term customer relationships.

The ideal candidate is an experienced B2B sales & marketing professional with strong consultative pitching skills, a proven ability to build enterprise relationships, and preferably has prior business development experience in the supply chain industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead B2B business development and revenue growth for the assigned region.
- Lead the customer acquisition strategy by identifying target industries, defining the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), structuring the sales funnel, and establishing repeatable sales processes to build a consistent and predictable revenue pipeline.
- Develop and execute regional Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies aligned with the company's business objectives
- Acquire and develop relationships with enterprise customers, D2C brands, manufacturers, retailers, and other strategic accounts.




- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, industry events, and strategic partnerships
- Conduct client meetings, business presentations, commercial discussions, and contract negotiations.

Inbound & Outbound Sales Management

- Lead and manage the complete inbound and outbound sales lifecycle.
- Convert inbound enquiries generated through marketing campaigns, the company website, referrals, and partner channels into qualified business opportunities.
- Manage outbound sales initiatives through prospecting, appointments, cold outreach, networking, and client visits.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Business Management, or a related discipline will be preferred.

Experience

- 5+ years of business development or enterprise sales experience.
- Prior experience in a Supply Chain Management organisation will be preferred.
- Proven experience in enterprise sales, customer relationship management, and key account development.
- Experience working with D2C brands, manufacturing companies, retail businesses, FMCG, automotive, industrial, or e-commerce customers will be an advantage.
