Role Description
This is a full-time in office role based in Jaipur for a Senior Business Development Associate.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Efficiently manage the sales pipeline to ensure a smooth & transparent sales process.
- Track leads and opportunities, providing real-time insights into sales activities for reporting.
- Implement strategies to consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Adapt innovative sales approaches to align with market conditions & customer demands.
- Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring successful deal closures and securing favorable terms.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Generate and distribute regular and ad-hoc sales reports and dashboards
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and maintain documentation for sales technology platforms and processes.
