- As a BDA and Sr. BDA, you are reaching out to aspiring career professionals and guiding them through the existing Tech Landscape.
- With a customer-centric approach, you will qualify their career goals and identify how Scaler can help them.
- Following up with existing aspiring career professionals to ensure that we are able to open up current realms of possibilities theough the power of Scaler!
- Above all, a committed attitude towards the completion of daily inputs and outputs, with the goal of matching (and exceeding!) targets.

Business Development Associate (BDA) & Senior Business Development Associate (Sr. BDA)

Locations: Gurugram / Bengaluru

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) from Day 1

Senior Business Development Associate (Sr. BDA)

Experience: 3-6 years (Minimum 1-2 years of EdTech experience is mandatory)

Sales Experience:



Mandatory

Age: Up to 31 years.

Background: EdTech or a combination of EdTech & Non-EdTech sectors

MUST-HAVE:

- 1-6 Years of work experience in sales, business development and/or IT services
- Preferred Education B.Tech
- Excellent and proficient verbal and written English communication skills.
- A passion for sales and target achievement
- Preliminary knowledge of LSQ

Good to Have:

- Expertise in K12 and other tech-based domains.
- Folks with proficiency in handling Tech product
- Handled a ticket size >50K is an added advantage.

Business Development Associate (BDA)

Experience: 02 years

Age: Up to 29 years

Background: EdTech experience or Freshers
