Role Description The Senior Business Development Associate is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram. In this position, the associate will identify and qualify prospective learners, manage lead generation activities, and conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities. The role involves delivering compelling presentations to potential students and corporate partners, explaining program offerings, and aligning solutions with their career objectives.

The associate will maintain regular communication with leads,



follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into enrollments while meeting defined sales and performance targets. Daily responsibilities also include collaborating with internal teams, updating CRM systems, preparing reports, and contributing to strategies that enhance Hike Education’s reach and impact.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and the ability to create and deliver effective Presentations.
- Candidates should possess proven Lead Generation capabilities and experience in converting leads into successful enrollments or business opportunities.
- Candidates should possess solid Market Research skills to analyze trends, competition, and learner needs.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with prospective learners and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Relevant experience in business development, sales, or inside sales, preferably in EdTech or education services.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and customer-centric orientation.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication platforms; ability to work in a target-driven environment.
