? TEAM LEAD | 2–3 Years Experience

Manage a team of 6–7 sales professionals

Drive 50+ numbers/month

Maintain 12–14+ individual numbers per team member

Drive referrals, lead conversions & overall team performance

Coach, motivate and develop team members

? SENIOR BDE / BDE

Proven individual sales track record

Strong conversion across multiple lead sources

Target-driven and performance-oriented approach

Ability to mentor and support team members

Robust communication and relationship-building skills
