Roles and Responsibilities

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Develop data models, reports, and dashboards using Agilent tools to support business decision-making.

- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in existing processes and recommend solutions.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement changes and monitor their impact on the organization.

- Provide expert-level guidance on business analytics best practices to junior team members.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 8-12 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodology and ability to work collaboratively within an agile workplace.

- Proficiency in Data Analytics tools such as SQL, Python, or R programming languages.

- Experience working with large datasets and developing insights from complex data sets.
