Senior Business Analyst Skill Treasury, Deposit, Settlement, Loan Origination System, Data Analysis, Loan Management System Key Responsibilities• Engage with treasury, lending, operations, risk, finance, compliance, and technology stakeholders to understand business objectives, pain points, control requirements, and target operating models.Must Have• Strong business analysis experience within banking or financial services, with meaningful exposure to both treasury operations and lending businesses.

- Good understanding of treasury products and operations, including deposits, money markets, foreign exchange, fixed income, derivatives, liquidity, settlements, confirmations, reconciliations, and collateral.
- Good understanding of corporate, commercial, or institutional lending products and the lending lifecycle from origination through servicing and closure.
- Knowledge of interest, fees, repayment schedules, accruals, delinquency, restructuring, collateral, covenants, limits, and credit approval processes.
- Understanding of front-, middle-, and back-office workflows, maker-checker controls,



segregation of duties, audit trails, exception management, and operational risk controls.
- Experience producing business requirement documents, functional specifications, user stories, use cases, process maps, business rules, data mappings, and acceptance criteria.
- Robust SQL and data-analysis skills, with the ability to validate transaction data, balances, accounting entries, reports, interfaces, and reconciliation outputs.
- Experience with API- or file-based integrations and a sound understanding of data flows among treasury, lending, payments, general ledger, risk, compliance, and regulatory reporting systems.
- Hands-on experience with Agile delivery, backlog refinement, sprint ceremonies, requirements traceability, test management, defect management, and stakeholder sign-off.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, workshop facilitation, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
