Insuritys Next Senior Business Analyst:

Insurity is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our India office and help deliver customer-focused software solutions. This role indepenThis role supports increasingly complex Forms initiatives by translating regulatory and customer needs into well-defined requirements and solution documentation. The ideal candidate brings strong business analysis and US P&C; Insurance experience, communicates clearly, and can serve as a subject matter expert while mentoring other team members.

What Our Senior Business Analyst Will Do

- Lead requirements analysis for Forms changes, including business rules, use cases, impact assessments, and support for testing and customer validation.
- Independently develop, analyze, and document requirements including business, functional, and non-functional requirements for increasingly complex efforts, with minimal oversight and direction.
- Develop customer-focused documentation for software solutions, including wireframes, use cases, business rules, and related materials.
- Perform and support testing and training activities.
- Perform and coordinate work estimation.
- Support automation and quality improvements.
- Participate in system design and configuration activities.
- Act as a subject matter expert in the assigned functional area.
- Provide mentorship to team members and help strengthen business analysis practices through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Stay current on industry trends,



standards, and best practices through relevant publications, articles, blogs, and other learning resources.

Who We’re Looking For

- Recommended: Four years of business analysis experience and two to three years of industry experience, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Recommended: Bachelor’s degree in a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
- US P&C; Insurance industry experience, or completion of required Insurity Academy courses within three months.
- Experience engaging with technical and business stakeholders in Agile and/or Waterfall environments
- Strong understanding of business analysis practices, including process analysis, design, and management; change management; meeting facilitation and the ability to present information clearly and articulately.
- Highly proficient analytical and critical-thinking skills, written and oral communication, time management, prioritization, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative and evolving environment
- Robust understanding of writing SQL queries and database design concepts
- Nice to have: Related insurance certifications, such as CPCU, CBAP, AINS or a line-of-business-specific certification.
- Ability to complete related insurance certification(s) within two years, as applicable.
- Ability to travel approximately 0–25% as needed.
