- Ensure effective branch supervision and management to maintain high standards of service delivery.

- Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 6-10 years of experience in agency channel or life insurance industry.

- Proven track record in branch handling, branch management, or similar roles.

- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for client relationship building.

- Ability to analyze data to drive business decisions.
