Job Title: Senior Automation Engineer AI & Developer Productivity

We are looking for a strong Automation/SDET Engineer with solid programming and software engineering skills to build internal tools, automation frameworks, developer productivity solutions, and AI-assisted engineering platforms.

The ideal candidate should be a hands-on builder who can independently design and develop practical automation solutions, leverage modern AI/LLM tools, and solve complex engineering productivity problems. This is not a traditional QA-only role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop scalable automation frameworks and internal engineering tools.
- Build automation solutions that improve developer productivity and engineering workflows.
- Develop and maintain UI, API, regression, and end-to-end automation.
- Work with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Pytest, Robot Framework, and Postman.
- Develop automation scripts and utilities using Python or similar programming languages.
- Leverage AI tools, LLMs, AI agents, prompt-driven development, and AI-assisted coding to accelerate engineering activities.
- Create and maintain CI/CD automation using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
- Build solutions for test execution,



release validation, reporting, trace/log analysis, and engineering workflow automation.
- Collaborate with developers and engineering teams to identify repetitive tasks and automate them.
- Work with APIs, cloud-native environments, Kubernetes, observability tools, and modern DevOps practices.
- Independently handle ambiguous problems and deliver usable tools/frameworks.

Must-Have Skills:

- 6–8 years of software/automation engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on programming experience, preferably Python.
- Strong experience in Playwright / Cypress / Selenium.
- Experience with Pytest / Robot Framework.
- API testing/automation using Postman or equivalent tools.
- Solid understanding of automation framework design and development.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines – Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.
- Practical exposure to AI tools, LLMs, AI-assisted development, or AI agents.
- Strong problem-solving and engineering mindset.
