- We are seeking a Qualified Chartered Accountant to lead a team. If you're a highly skilled professional with strong leadership abilities and a passion for accuracy and compliance, we welcome hearing from you.
- The Nature of job will involve independently leading a team,



supervision and finalization of taxation, audits and consultancy work, directly reporting to the Managing Partner.

QUALIFICATION: QUALIFIED CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT EXPERIENCE: FRESH / EXPERIENCED (No specific period)

AGE: 21 TO 45

KEY QUALITIES:

1. Qualified Chartered Accountant with exposure to Audit and Assurance during Articleship / Post Qualification.
2. Strong practice mindset with a genuine interest in building a long-term career in professional practice.
3. Technology-oriented mindset with the willingness to embrace new-age audit tools, digital platforms, automation and emerging technologies to make audit processes more efficient and effective.
4. Effectively communicate with team members, management, and clients.
5. Ability to lead and motivate a team.

7. Manage multiple audit assignments, meet deadlines, and ensure the team's tasks are completed on time.
