We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Asst Operation professional with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in APM Terminals and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and coordinate operational activities, including unloading, picking, and packing.
- Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Develop and maintain reports, such as ZWIP - WMS vs SAP comparison and Ageing Monitor.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with operational activities.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of APM Terminals and operational processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.




- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with report development and data analysis.
