Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate leads and acquire new customers through dealers, DSAs, market visits, references, and local networks.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with dealers and customers.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms to customers.
- Collect and verify KYC, income, and other required documents.
- Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for timely processing and disbursement.
- Conduct field visits for customer verification and business development.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies and compliance requirements.
- Monitor applications from login to final disbursement.
