- Minimum 3 years of experience in core HRBP domain
- Strong experience in Employee Engagement & Employee Relations
- Hands-on experience in Performance Management and HR interventions
- Positive understanding of HR policies and processes
Required Candidate profile
•Experience in handling employee concerns and grievances
- Ability to work independently in night shifts
- Candidates from BPO/ITES or high-volume operations will be preferred
